Three-Sided Heating
for Uniform Thermal Transfer

In the Premium version, heating elements are positioned on three sides of the working chamber — on the left wall, right wall and beneath the load.

This configuration enables fast, uniform heating of the charge and minimizes temperature gradients across the entire batch.

A heat-resistant steel bottom plate is provided as standard. Its specially engineered structure minimizes thermal mass and heat accumulation while offering excellent mechanical strength, ensuring efficient heat transfer and long service life even under heavy loads.

Advanced Heating Element Design

The heating elements are installed in a free-radiating configuration, protruding into the chamber rather than being embedded in insulation grooves.

This design allows direct and precise heat transfer to the load, while preventing heat accumulation within insulation layers — a common cause of inefficiency and localized overheating in conventional furnaces.

The heating elements are structurally designed for continuous operation at temperatures up to 1350°C, while operating at a maximum process temperature of 960°C in this model. Pneumatically Driven Movable Trolley

A dedicated safety contactor, combined with an independent thermocouple, continuously monitors chamber temperature.

If the process temperature exceeds the defined safety threshold (typically around 20°C above the setpoint), power to the heating elements is immediately disconnected.
