Three-Sided Heating
for Uniform Thermal Transfer

In the Premium version, heating elements are positioned on three sides of the working chamber — on the left wall, right wall and beneath the load.

This configuration enables fast, uniform heating of the charge and minimizes temperature gradients across the entire batch.

A heat-resistant steel bottom plate is provided as standard. Its specially engineered structure minimizes thermal mass and heat accumulation while offering excellent mechanical strength, ensuring efficient heat transfer and long service life even under heavy loads.

Advanced Heating Element Design

The heating elements are installed in a free-radiating configuration, protruding into the chamber rather than being embedded in insulation grooves.

This design allows direct and precise heat transfer to the load, while preventing heat accumulation within insulation layers — a common cause of inefficiency and localized overheating in conventional furnaces.

The heating elements are structurally designed for continuous operation at temperatures up to 1350°C, while operating at a maximum process temperature of 960°C in this model. This large safety margin ensures exceptional durability, resistance to thermal shock and long-term failure-free operation, even during extended industrial use.

Programmable Ventilation
and Atmosphere Exchange

The furnace is equipped with an automatically controlled ventilation stack, integrated into the roof of the chamber.

Ventilation opening and closing are fully programmable according to the process recipe, allowing controlled removal of volatile process by-products and precise management of atmosphere exchange.

This system also supports controlled cooling, enabling smooth and repeatable temperature transitions at the final stages of the heat treatment cycle.

Process Control with TC95
and Wi-Fi Connectivity

The KEPKA Metal Premium furnace is controlled by the TC95 process controller, providing intuitive operation and precise execution of complex thermal cycles.

• remote process start, stop and restart,
• automatic generation of process reports sent by e-mail after cycle completion.

Heavy-Duty Construction
and Thermal Shock Resistance

The furnace is designed as a heavy-duty industrial system, resistant to mechanical stress and thermal shock.

The door and roof structure are manufactured from pressed Al₂O₃-based fibrous insulation materials, providing excellent insulation performance, low thermal mass and high resistance to rapid temperature changes.

The roof is designed as a flat construction, ensuring mechanical stability and consistent thermal behavior over long operating periods.

Safety Systems

KEPKA Metal Premium furnaces incorporate multiple safety circuits, including:

• a mechanical safety key switch integrated with the door,
