Advanced Cooling Systems High-Efficiency Multi-Section Chillers & Cooling Chambers

KEPKA designs and builds industrial cooling systems engineered to guarantee thermal stability, accelerated cooling and uninterrupted production — even in the most demanding heat-treatment environments. Our solutions include multi-section chillers (1–4 independent circuits, 20–80 kW cooling power in a single unit), static cooling chambers, and dynamic cooling tunnels with roller drives, fully integrated with our chamber and tunnel furnaces.

Multi-Section Chillers Designed for Continuous Operation

KEPKA chillers are engineered as modular, multi-circuit systems, allowing each cooling section to operate independently. Thanks to 1, 2, 3 or 4 isolated refrigeration circuits within one unit, production can continue smoothly even if a single circuit is undergoing service or maintenance.
This architecture ensures:

Integrated Cooling for Tunnel Furnaces Accelerated Process Stabilization

For tunnel furnaces, KEKPA provides fully integrated dynamic cooling sections, combining:

  • high-efficiency heat exchangers,
  • forced-air or cross-flow blowers,
  • roller conveyor drive systems,
  • multi-zone cooling control.

These systems accelerate the cooling stage of continuous thermal processes, reducing waiting time, stabilizing temperature gradients and increasing overall throughput.The dynamic airflow combined with i ntensive heat-exchange surfaces ensures stable exit temperatures — essential for automotive and industrial lines requiring high precision and repeatability.

Static Cooling Chambers for Chamber Furnaces

For batch processes, we design static cooling chambers engineered to rapidly and uniformly lower product temperatures after heat treatment.
These chambers are compatible with all KEPKA chamber furnaces and can be configured as:

Water-chilled cooling chambers

with internal heat exchangers powered by multi-section chillers.

Forced-air cooling chambers

with controlled airflows, directional nozzles and thermal stabilization control. Static chambers ensure faster batch exchange, predictable cooling curves and safer handling conditions — especially for metals, alloys, technical ceramics and polymer moulding fixtures.

Our chillers supply industrial-grade chilled water at 0°C, ensuring maximum thermal performance in high-demand cooling environments.
Cooling chambers for tunnel and chamber systems operate at 3°C internal air temperature, supported by:

  • large-area heat-exchange surfaces,
  • dynamic airflow systems,
  • stable pressure zones,
  • real-time temperature monitoring.
